Local QCPM

I decided today to update the Overwatch home page to pull the QuickCPM GMC-320 radiation monitor results directly from the local pi processing the results. This should keep traffic internal instead of going out to 247coding to pull the results. Instead of opening FTP on the server, I decided to use curl to simply push the files it is uploading via sFTP to 247coding.com using curl. It is still using an iframe and I may at some point "read" the file and just import the html, but this was the fastest and simplest way to accomplish the task. Now there is no external connections while the console is displaying the data.
