QuickCPM FTP version uploaded

I have uploaded the newest version of quickCPM which includes the ability to ftp both the gauge and bar html pages.
Note that the html file names have changed and the internal html links have been updated to use the new page names.

There are a few changes you will have to make to use ftp and they are clearly labeled in the source on what to change.

In the future I will probably add ftp command line arguments but do not have time at the moment.
