Windows SDK Issues

I ran across some gradle warnings on my first attempt to build an existing project. It complained about missing SDK. First pass of installation of the SDK for 25 resulted in "cannot create temp" The solution: Run SDK manager as Administrator. Windows is limited the rights that SDK Manager has.
